A telecommunication network in Nigeria, MTN, has made it clear to their customers; that additional charges on their vouchers is unofficial.
This came out in the service message send to customers Thursday, by the network.
The company, made it clear to their customers that additional charges made by the vendors is unknown to them.
It was contained in the warning message that " what you see is what you pay!".
MTN urged customers not to pay extra charges, like 10Naira or 20Naira on any voucher purchase from any vendor.
"Please do not agree to pay more than the amount that is printed on any MTN recharge card"
"What you see is what you pay!".
